Proposal / bids are invited from the interested parties/ Event
Management entities in two envelop system clearly marked on the Top of each
envelop the “Technical Bid” and “Financial Bid” and both sealed envelopes (Technical
Bid and Financial Bid) should then be put in a single large envelope, which should
bear the name and address of the Bidder and should be superscripted as
“Tender/price discovery for Artists for Maa Shoolini Mela-2025.” Bid should
reach in the office of the Deputy Commissioner, Solan on or before 12.06.2025 till
11.00 AM. The bids will be opened on same day at 3.00 PM at DC Office
Conference Hall Solan in the presence of bidders who so wish to be present and
tender committee. The Tender forms can be obtained from the office of undersigned
on a cash payment of Rs. 1000/- upto 10.06.2025 till 5.00 PM or tender document
can be downloaded from the website of D.C. office Solan in such case tender fee may
be submitted along with the technical bid in the shape of D.D. in favour of Deputy
Commissioner Solan-cum-Chairman Maa Shoolini Mela Committee.
