Sealed bids are invited from reputed firms/agencies/individuals having experience
in catering and event management services for providing Lunch, Tea & Snacks, Furniture,
Decoration and other allied arrangements for the Oath Taking Ceremony of Newly Elected
Pradhans/Up-Pradhans of District Solan to be held on 15.06.2026 at the Multipurpose
Cultural Auditorium, Language and Culture Department, Village Kothon (Near Jatoli
Temple), Tehsil and District Solan, Himachal Pradesh.
The tender shall be submitted through a two-envelope system. The first envelope
shall contain the “Technical Bid” and the second envelope shall contain the “Financial Bid”,
with each envelope clearly superscribed accordingly. Both sealed envelopes shall then be
placed in a single larger sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the bidder and
superscribed as:
“Tender for Catering, Furniture and Decoration Arrangements for the Oath
Taking Ceremony of Newly Elected Pradhans/Up-Pradhans of District Solan.”
The bids should reach the office of the undersigned on or before 12.06.2026 up to
11:30 A.M. The Technical Bids will be opened on the same day at 3:00 P.M. in the office of
the undersigned in the presence of the bidders or their authorized representatives who wish to
be present and the Tender Evaluation Committee. The tender forms can be obtained from the
office of the undersigned during office hours or downloaded from the website of the Deputy
Commissioner Office, Solan at https://hpsolan.nic.in  .

Sealed tender are invited from interested firms/ Companies/ individuals/contractors for
providing of Light & Sound System on hire/ rent basis for Maa Shoolini Mela-2026 being celebrated
w.e.f. 26.06.2026 to 28.06.2026 at Solan Town in two envelop clearly marked on the Top of each envelop the
“Technical Bid” and “Financial Bid” and both sealed envelopes (Technical Bid and Financial Bid) should then
be put in a single sealed large envelope, which should bear the name and address of the Bidder and should be
superscribed as “Tender for providing of Light & Sound System on hire/ rent basis for Maa Shoolini
Mela-2026.” Bid should reach in the office of the Deputy Commissioner, Solan on or before 18.06.2026 till 5.00
PM. The bids will be opened on 19-06-2026 at 12:00 Noon at DC Office in the chamber of the undersigned in the
presence of bidders who so wish to be present and tender committee.

Sealed tender are invited from interested firms/ Companies/ individuals/ Societies for Installation
of LED Screens video wall as backdrop (300-400 sq. feet) & LED Screen(8 feet X 10 feet approx.) having day
and night visibility at various location of Solan City for live telecast of Shobha Yatra & Cultural programme to
facilitate the general public during Maa Shoolini Mela-2026. Interested Firms/persons are requested to offer the
rates for 3 days Maa Shoolini Mela-2026 being celebrated w.e.f. 26th June, 2026 to 28th June, 2026 at Solan town.
The bid in this regard should reach in the office of the Deputy Commissioner on or before, 12th June, 2026 up to 12 Noon
in clearly marked on the top of envelop “Bid for Installation of LED Screen video wall as backdrop (300-
400 sq. feet) & LED Screen (8 feet X 10 feet approx.) and live coverage during the Maa Shoolini Mela-2026″.
The bids will be open on 12-06-2026 at 04:00 PM at DC Office in the chamber of the undersigned, in the presence
of the bidders who so wish to present and the tender committee.

Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner to the Guest and duty staff during Maa Shoolini Mela-2026 being celebrated w.e.f. 26th June,
2026 to 28th June, 2026 in two envelop system clearly marked on the Top of each envelop the “Technical Bid” and
“Financial Bid” and both sealed envelopes (Technical Bid and Financial Bid) should then be put in a single large envelope, which
should bear the name and address of the Bidder and should be super scribed as “Tender for serving Breakfast, Lunch and
Dinner during Maa Shoolini Mela-2026.” Bid should reach in the office of the Deputy Commissioner, Solan on or before
12.06.2026 till 5.00 PM. The bids will be opened on 15-06-2026 at 3:00 PM at DC Office in the chamber of the undersigned in
the presence of bidders who so wish to be present and tender committee. The Tender forms can be obtained from the office of
undersigned on a cash payment of Rs. 1000/- upto 11.06.2026 till 5.00 PM or tender document can be downloaded from the
website of D.C. office Solan https://hpsolan.nic.in/in such case tender fee may be submitted along with the technical bid in the
shape of D.D. in favour of Deputy Commissioner Solan-cum-Chairman Maa Shoolini Mela Committee.

Souvenir/Invitation Cards/Duty Cards/Coupons, Banners etc. for the Maa Shoolini Mela-2026 which is to be held w.e.f.
26th June 2026 to 28th June, 2026, in two envelop system clearly marked on the Top of each envelop the “Technical
Bid” and “Financial Bid” and both sealed envelopes (Technical Bid and Financial Bid) should then be put in a single large
envelope, which should bear the name and address of the Bidder and should be super scribed as “Tender For
Souvenir/Invitation Cards/Duty Cards/Coupons, Banners etc. for Maa Shoolini Mela-2026″. Bid should reach in the
office of the Deputy Commissioner, Solan on or before 12.06.2026 till 5.00 PM. The bids will be opened on 15-06-2026 at
11:00 AM at DC Office in the chamber of the undersigned in the presence of bidders who so wish to be present and tender
committee. The Tender forms can be obtained from the office of undersigned on a cash payment of Rs. 1000/- up to
11.06.2026 till 5.00 PM or tender document can be downloaded from the website of D.C. office Solan

This is to inform all concerned that the State Level “Maa Shoolini Mala”-2025 will be held w.e.f.
26th June, 2026 to 28th June, 2026 in Solan Town. During this Mela Cultural programmes will be held in the
evening w.e.f. 26th June, 2026 to 28th June, 2026 in which performances of various artists like Star Playback
Singers (Punjabi, Hindi, Himachali, Sufi, and Fusion/folk Bands, acrobatic Artist And dance Troupes)
comedians and other special group performances are proposed to be held.
Proposal/ bids are invited from the interested parties/Event Management entities in two envelop
system clearly marked on the Top of each envelop the “Technical Bid” and “Financial Bid” and both sealed
envelopes (Technical Bid and Financial Bid) should then be put in a single large envelope, which should bear the
name and address of the Bidder and should be superscripted as “Tender/price discovery for Artists for Mаа
Shoolini Mela-2026.” Bid should reach in the office of the Deputy Commissioner, Solan on or before 15.06.2026
till 5.00 PM. The bids will be opened on 16-06-2026 at 11.00 AM at DC Office in the chamber of the undersigned
in the presence of bidders who so wish to be present and tender committee. The Tender forms can be obtained from
the office of undersigned on a cash payment of Rs. 1000/- upto 15.06.2026 till 11:00 A.M. or tender document can
