Sealed tenders are invited from the interested Firms/agencies/Individual for the printing of
Souvenir/Invitation Cards/Duty Cards/Coupons, Banners etc. for the Maa Shoolini Mela-2026 which is to be held w.e.f.
26th June 2026 to 28th June, 2026, in two envelop system clearly marked on the Top of each envelop the “Technical
Bid” and “Financial Bid” and both sealed envelopes (Technical Bid and Financial Bid) should then be put in a single large
envelope, which should bear the name and address of the Bidder and should be super scribed as “Tender For
Souvenir/Invitation Cards/Duty Cards/Coupons, Banners etc. for Maa Shoolini Mela-2026″. Bid should reach in the
office of the Deputy Commissioner, Solan on or before 05.06.2026 till 5.00 PM. The bids will be opened on 06-06-2026 at
11:00 AM at DC Office in the chamber of the undersigned in the presence of bidders who so wish to be present and tender
committee. The Tender forms can be obtained from the office of undersigned on a cash payment of Rs. 1000/- up to
04.06.2026 till 5.00 PM or tender document can be downloaded from the website of D.C. office Solan

Deputy Commissioner Solan-cum-Chairman Maa Shoolini Mela Committee.
