Sealed bids are invited from reputed firms/agencies/individuals having experience in catering and event management services for providing Lunch, Tea & Snacks for the Oath Taking Ceremony of Newly Elected Pradhans/Up-Pradhans of District Solan.

Sealed bids are invited from reputed firms/agencies/individuals having experience
in catering and event management services for providing Lunch, Tea & Snacks, Furniture,
Decoration and other allied arrangements for the Oath Taking Ceremony of Newly Elected
Pradhans/Up-Pradhans of District Solan to be held on 15.06.2026 at the Multipurpose
Cultural Auditorium, Language and Culture Department, Village Kothon (Near Jatoli
Temple), Tehsil and District Solan, Himachal Pradesh.
The tender shall be submitted through a two-envelope system. The first envelope
shall contain the “Technical Bid” and the second envelope shall contain the “Financial Bid”,
with each envelope clearly superscribed accordingly. Both sealed envelopes shall then be
placed in a single larger sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the bidder and
superscribed as:
“Tender for Catering, Furniture and Decoration Arrangements for the Oath
Taking Ceremony of Newly Elected Pradhans/Up-Pradhans of District Solan.”
The bids should reach the office of the undersigned on or before 12.06.2026 up to
11:30 A.M. The Technical Bids will be opened on the same day at 3:00 P.M. in the office of
the undersigned in the presence of the bidders or their authorized representatives who wish to
be present and the Tender Evaluation Committee. The tender forms can be obtained from the
