Short term sealed bids are invited from the interested parties/Event Management entities and artists for Cultural programmes during Maa Shoolini Mela-2026.

This is to inform all concerned that the State Level “Maa Shoolini Mala”-2025 will be held w.e.f.
26th June, 2026 to 28th June, 2026 in Solan Town. During this Mela Cultural programmes will be held in the
evening w.e.f. 26th June, 2026 to 28th June, 2026 in which performances of various artists like Star Playback
Singers (Punjabi, Hindi, Himachali, Sufi, and Fusion/folk Bands, acrobatic Artist And dance Troupes)
comedians and other special group performances are proposed to be held.
Proposal/ bids are invited from the interested parties/Event Management entities in two envelop
system clearly marked on the Top of each envelop the “Technical Bid” and “Financial Bid” and both sealed
envelopes (Technical Bid and Financial Bid) should then be put in a single large envelope, which should bear the
name and address of the Bidder and should be superscripted as “Tender/price discovery for Artists for Mаа
Shoolini Mela-2026.” Bid should reach in the office of the Deputy Commissioner, Solan on or before 15.06.2026
till 5.00 PM. The bids will be opened on 16-06-2026 at 11.00 AM at DC Office in the chamber of the undersigned
in the presence of bidders who so wish to be present and tender committee. The Tender forms can be obtained from
the office of undersigned on a cash payment of Rs. 1000/- upto 15.06.2026 till 11:00 A.M. or tender document can
be downloaded from the website of D.C. office Solan https://hpsolan.nic.in/in such case tender fee may be
submitted along with the technical bid in the shape of D.D. in favour of Deputy Commissioner Solan-cumChairman Maa Shoolini Mela Committee.
