held w.e.f. 26.06.2026 to 28.06.2026. The bid in this regard should reach in the office of the Deputy Commissioner
on or before, 10th June, 2026 up to 05:00 PM in clearly marked on the top of envelop “Bid for Short
Documentations/ Small Videos /Photo Albums and Teaser regarding “Maa Shoolini Mela-2026. The bids will
be open on 11-06-2026 at 11:00 AM at DC Office in the chamber of the undersigned, in the presence ofthe bidders
who so wish to present and the tender committee. The tender forms can be obtained from the office of undersigned
on a cash payment of Rs. 1000/-up to 09.06.2026 till 5:00 PM or tender document can be downloaded from the
website of DC office Solan (https://hpsolan.nic.in) in such case tender fee may be submitted along with the technical
bid in the same of D.D. in favour of Deputy Commissioner Solan-cum-Chairman Maa Shoolini Mela Committee.
