Short term Sealed tenders are invited for light and sound system on hire or rent basis for Maa Shoolini Mela-2026.

Sealed tender are invited from interested firms/ Companies/ individuals/contractors for
providing of Light & Sound System on hire/ rent basis for Maa Shoolini Mela-2026 being celebrated
w.e.f. 26.06.2026 to 28.06.2026 at Solan Town in two envelop clearly marked on the Top of each envelop the
“Technical Bid” and “Financial Bid” and both sealed envelopes (Technical Bid and Financial Bid) should then
be put in a single sealed large envelope, which should bear the name and address of the Bidder and should be
superscribed as “Tender for providing of Light & Sound System on hire/ rent basis for Maa Shoolini
Mela-2026.” Bid should reach in the office of the Deputy Commissioner, Solan on or before 08.06.2026 till 5.00
PM. The bids will be opened on 09-06-2026 at 11:00 AM at DC Office in the chamber of the undersigned in the
presence of bidders who so wish to be present and tender committee.
