Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner to the Training/Mock Drill/Special Event being organizing by DDMA Solan Financial Year
2026-27 till 31st March, 2027 through limited tender system in two envelop system clearly marked on the Top of each
envelop the “Technical Bid” and “Financial Bid” and both sealed envelopes (Technical Bid and Financial Bid) should then
be put in a single large envelope, which should bear the name and address of the Bidder and should be super scribed as
“Tender for serving Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner during DDMA Programme.” Bid should reach in the office of the District
Disaster Management Authority, Mini Secretariat, Solan on or before 11.06.2026 till 11.30AM. The bids will be opened on
same day at 3:00 PM at ADC Office in the chamber of the undersigned in the presence of bidders who wish to be present and
tender committee. The Tender forms can be obtained from the office of undersigned or tender document can be downloaded
from the website of D.C. office Solan https://hpsolan.nic.in
